DIRECTIONS

From New York City: Long Island Expressway East to Exit 38. Get on the Northern State Parkway (East) to Exit 33. Get on the Wantagh Parkway (South) to Exit W3E which is NY-24 Hempstead Turnpike (East). Take Hempstead Turnpike East for 1/4 mile and on the left you will see a Bally's Fitness Center. We are behind the Bally's Fitness Center across the parking lot.

From Eastern Long Island: Long Island Expressway to Exit 44 South (Route 135). Get on the Seaford Oyster Bay (Route 135) to Exit 7 which is NY-24 Hempstead Turnpike (West). Take Hempstead Turnpike West for 2 1/2 miles and on the right you will see a Bally's Fitness Center. We are behind the Bally's Fitness Center across the parking lot.

From The South Shore of Long Island: Southern State Parkway to Exit 27 (North). Get on the Wantagh Parkway (North) to Exit W3E which is NY-24 Hempstead Turnpike (East). Take Hempstead Turnpike East for 1/4 mile and on the left you will see a Bally's Fitness Center. We are behind the Bally's Fitness Center across the parking lot.
