Matt Friend is a 27-year-old comedian, actor, host, and impressionist whose wit, work ethic, and wildly accurate impressions have made him one of entertainment’s most exciting breakout voices. A graduate of NYU’s Gallatin School, Matt fell in love with comedy at the age of four, after watching Austin Powers and imitating the characters. That early obsession blossomed into a career spanning millions of fans across the globe, where he has amassed over 4 million followers through his instantly recognizable impressions and cultural takes.
His meteoric rise has taken him from viral sensation to an in-demand presence across television, live events, and red carpets. In 2024, Matt hosted the NHL Awards, which brought in record-breaking ratings for the league. Additionally, he delivered a surprise performance for President Joe Biden at the White House Correspondents Dinner. In 2025, Matt was named to People’s Sexiest Man Alive list.
